and Travel Tips for Liverpool
Here you can find all the travel tips to make your journey to Liverpool as breezy and enjoyable as possible. And while you're here for the wedding, why not take some time to discover all the amazing things this city has to offer? From stunning beaches to breathtaking mountains, from football fever to Beatles nostalgia, Liverpool truly has something for everyone.
Getting to Liverpool
Liverpool has good connection to domestic and international destinations via flights, trains, coaches, and ferries. We also have our cross-city 'metro' system known as Merseyrail.
Staying in Liverpool
Here are some suggestions on where to stay during the wedding weekend. Booking.com or Hotels.com are our trusted platforms. Bridal party accommodation to be confirmed.
Visa to the UK
To our international friends, check if you require a UK Visit Visa, valid for 6 months. Some of you may not need a visa at all, but it's wise to have your documents ready upon entry into the UK.
Explore North West
Looking to explore beyond the wedding weekend? Stick around for a North West adventure! Discover historic towns, island retreats, scenic mountain peaks, or simply enjoy a staycation in L1.
In the dance of life, sometimes, we unexpectedly find the one who becomes our perfect rhythm.
OUR STORY
When Cathal met Sophie
It all began on a lovely night out in Hanoi, Vietnam, where our paths first crossed. Cathal managed to impress Sophie, simply with his intensive knowledge of where all the good cocktail bars were in the city. We shared stories, travel experiences, fell in love and crossed the world together to build our home here on the Merseyside. And since then, our story has blossomed into the beautiful tale that we're thrilled to share with you today.
GIFTING
You are the Gift!
Dear cherished family and friends, your presence at our wedding, especially after traveling such distances, means the world to us. Truly, we ask for nothing more, as your presence is the most precious gift we could ever receive. Thank you for always being there and celebrating life's big moments with us!.
